Intercultural coaching on a one-to-one basis is particularly aimed at expatriates.
It enables them to learn how to manage their freedom of action, protect themselves against risks of relational incomprehension and to examine
the impact their own culture has on their immediate environment.
This fosters personal development and enables the players to work more efficiently in the best possible conditions.
